1. Requirements to Rent a Car

   To rent a car with us, all drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. A second government-issued ID, such as a passport or state/national ID, will be required.

2. How do I book a rental car?

   Once you decide to book with us, please go to the booking form and provide your pickup location, date, and time, as well as your drop-off location, date, and time. Specify the rental car you want. Fill out the form, choose whether to pay now with your credit/debit card or PayPal, or pay upon pickup. You will receive your booking number shortly.

   Before you can access the chosen car on pickup day, you will be asked to leave a deposit and sign a contract outlining the rental terms. The deposit will be refunded once the rental car is returned in the same condition as delivered.

3. Are there taxes or additional fees besides the listed price?

   There are no additional charges or taxes beyond the quoted price. The price includes:

   • All taxes and fees
   • Free cancellation or adjustments to your existing reservation up to 24 hours before pickup (for most bookings)
   • Free pickup/drop-off at Punta Cana airport
   • Unlimited mileage
   • Standard insurance coverage. Full coverage if selected at booking.

4. What if I need to cancel my rental car reservation?

   For most bookings, we offer free cancellation. Contact our customer service team to confirm if your reservation qualifies for free cancellation or rescheduling.

5. What is the cost to add another driver?

   Renters can add an additional driver to their reservation free of charge.

6. Is it possible to rent a car for just one day?

   We offer car rentals for a minimum of three days.

7. Can I cross the border with my rental car?

   Car rental is allowed within the Dominican Republic. Crossing country borders with the rental car is not permitted.

8. Where should I return my rental car?

   Renters can pick up and return their rental vehicles at any location specified in the booking form.

9. Can I request child protection (car seat)?

   Child safety seats can be added to your car rental.

10. How far in advance should I book my rental car in Punta Cana?

    Booking 2 to 3 months ahead ensures better deals, especially during peak season (December–April). Last-minute options may be available but with limited choices and potentially higher rates.

11. Are there local car rental companies in Punta Cana I should consider?
